Earth Data Incorporated provides environmental drilling and the construction of monitoring and recovery wells for sampling, testing, measurement and remediation. For over 20 years environmental drilling has been the principle activity of our drilling crews. During this time, Earth Data has constructed over 3,000 monitoring and recovery wells in a wide variety of hydrogeological terrains. Our drillers routinely work with field scientists and engineers and continually strive to meet all on-site needs. Earth Data has gained a well deserved reputation for being able to construct highly efficient recovery wells and test wells.

EQUIPMENT CAPABILITY

Earth Data Incorporated owns and operates several drilling rigs including auger rigs (standard and all-terrain vehicles) and direct push technology (GeoprobeŽ) and maintains a large fleet of service trucks and trailers. Earth Data's equipment capabilites include:

§         Auger Drilling - hollow and solid stem from 3" to 12" in diameter and depths to 120'

§         Direct Push Technology - used to install piezometers, 2 inch wells and obtain soil and groundwater samples from depths up to 50 feet.


EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

Earth Data Incorporated's drillers maintain licenses in several Mid-Atlantic states. All of Earth Data's drillers and helpers are trained and certified as specified in 29 CFR 1910.120 for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response.
