Earth Data Incorporated
conducts downhole video (TV) surveys using modern equipment and
experienced personnel. Copies of video tapes are provided to the
customer in the field. Surveys can be conducted any time, day or
night, and all field personnel are trained and certified as
specified in Federal Regulation 29 CFR 1910.120. Earth Data Incorporated provides fully-equipped vehicles to conduct TV and geophysical surveys in wells, boreholes and mine openings throughout the Eastern United States. Customers include drillers, water companies, consulting firms, hydrogeologists, regulatory and research agencies, municipalities and industries. |

Borehole color TV surveys provide an excellent means to determine the exact depth and condition of water bearing openings in consolidated rock aquifers. Color surveys also provide an excellent tool for examining the condition of well casing and screens after construction and before and after well redevelopment work. The 90-degree rotating lense pinpoints casing and screen flaws. TV surveys are helpful during attempts to fish out pipe, pumps and other objects from wells. It is recommended that a TV survey be conducted inside new wells prior to final acceptance to ensure that construction materials have not been left in the well. A TV survey also helps to ensure that the well meets specification requirements. Video tapes of a new well survey provide a benchmark for later comparisons. |

§ Surveys are in automatically compensated color. § Side and downhole views for enhanced inspection capability. § Depth capability to 1,500 feet. § Surveys are recorded using two VCR's and a DVD recorder so that a first generation copy is provided to the customer or consultant in the field. § Color camera is 3.0 inches in diameter with interchangeable light heads and light ring. § A separate remote, high resolution color monitor is provided in the field for customer viewing § Detailed reports, which provide an interpretation of the TV survey, can be provided upon request. |
